Our Team

Our staff of physical therapist has over 90 years of combined experience, with most of those at HVOSPT.  Each staff member attends courses and seminars to ensure that their patients receive the most appropriate and up to date treatment.  The Hudson Valley Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy team includes:

Dennis C. Lopez, M.S., P.T.
Dennis is a long time resident of the Hudson Valley.  He graduated from Roy C. Ketcham High School and went on to earn a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1985. He received his Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy summa cum laude in 1988 from Long Island University/Brooklyn.  He is the owner of Hudson Valley Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy since 1992.

Karen DeCrosta, P.T.
Karen received her Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Therapy summa cum laude in 1985 from Russell Sage College.  Karen has been a Physical Therapist at HVOSPT since 1993.

Jacqueline Diminico, P.T.A., L.M.T.
Jackie grew up in Wappingers Falls and graduated from Roy C. Ketcham High School.  Jackie received her A.A.S. degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Orange County Community College in 1997.  She also received her A.A.S. degree as a Licensed Massage Therapist from Columbia-Greene Community College in 2001.  Jackie has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 1998 and a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001.

Kim Marrow, Cheryl Bosco and Mary Fontanello
are the administrative assistants for HVOSPT.  They are friendly, resourceful, and will answer any questions regarding scheduling, billing, and insurance.

Joanne Devincenzi
is the office manager for HVOSPT since its beginning in 1992. She plays an integral role in the proper and smooth functioning of HVOSPT.  She is extremely knowledgable regarding insurances and billing. She always assists people with a smile.

HVOSPT is conveniently located on Route 52 on the outskirts of the historic Village of Fishkill.  The facility is in a historic circa 1860 house with a large fitness center addition, with ample parking. The facility has private treatment areas in this historic house and a fitness center with exercise equipment.
